The unique coaching offered by G2G was a life-changing experience.  Because my view of success was very narrow, I started the process to position myself for the next rung up the corporate ladder.  My husband and I have a team approach to life so we went through these conversations together. For the first time we thought about,  shared, and aligned on what life after corporate would look like.  We understood our gifts and how to best utilize them and created for a shared vision for our next chapter. Most importantly, we began walking it out each day. The coaching offered through G2G helped us create multidimensional objectives for our family.

I retired in April 2019 at 62 years old, after spending over 35 years in the business world, mostly in the C-suite of senior management.  I had been considering retirement for a bit and had thought about what I could do to stay active and involved.  I was familiar with the G2G program as I have known its founder, Shawn, for over a dozen years.  I spoke to Shawn about the program and he asked if my wife and I would like to give it a shot to help us determine where we wanted to take our lives from here---in an effort to explore what we “should” be doing rather than what we “could” be doing. We agreed and embarked on the program for the next several months. We found the focused, step-by-step process and Christian scriptural overlay enjoyable and richly helpful to us. The process has created a very personal and intimate added connection between us as we, side-by-side and with guidance discussed, reviewed and prayed about our best versions of ourselves.  We highly recommend the program to anyone or any couple looking for help finding answers and directions for their next life phase.
